Linda Childress

My maw maw spends her days now taking care of my paw paw. She’s always been high strung, so staying cooped in the house everyday can take its toll. So, to keep her mind clear, she loves to paint. She completely blows me away with her art!

I wanted to do a photo shoot of her in her element, doing what she loves to do. And I wanted to capture some of her artwork as well. We made this little setup on her front porch by hanging up sheets , so we’d have plenty of clean, white light, brought out everything she’d need, and I just had her paint. We had the best time doing this photo shoot!

When I got these scans back, I was just blown away at how well her shoot went. Especially for having a make-shift studio!

I’ll treasure these pictures, and the memories we made doing this, forever.
